Questions & answers

Pro is the solo start. Pro+ fits one producer with clients. Individual Ultra is for high-volume solo work. Studio Standard is for 2+ seats sharing a pool. Studio Premium adds higher pooled usage and team analytics. Enterprise adds corporate IdP SSO, compliance, and purchase-order billing.
Every paid plan includes a monthly generation allowance. The subscription covers the workspace. In the app you see how much is left as a percentage — it resets on your billing date. When the allowance reaches 0%, paid plans can optionally turn on extra spending: set a cap (we suggest $20 to start) and keep generating at the same rates. Extra spending is off by default. Generation pauses when you hit your cap, so there are no surprise bills. Invoices separate the allowance from on-demand charges. Free has no AI usage.
Pro+ is for one person: $99 of generation each month plus client workspaces. Studio Standard gives each seat $50 of generation in one shared pool, so two seats add up to about the same as Pro+, split across named people with team delivery. Pick Pro+ for one producer and Studio when several people share the pool.
The counts use standard stills, or clips of about 5 seconds at 720p on a standard video model, one or the other in a month. Premium video models cost more. Pro: ~250 stills or ~50 clips a month. Pro+: ~1,250 or ~250. Ultra: ~2,500 or ~500. Studio Standard: ~625 or ~125 per seat, shared. Studio Premium: ~1,500 or ~300 per seat, shared. Use Estimate in the app before you run.
No. Free has no AI usage. To generate, subscribe to Pro or higher. On-demand is only on paid plans, after the monthly allowance reaches 0%.

Uploads and generates that would store new files pause until you delete assets or upgrade. On Studio and Enterprise the whole company shares one storage pool. Self-serve plans do not offer a per-GB add-on; Enterprise adds storage in 1 TB blocks.
