4. AI-Enhanced Features and Analytics
SolidMeta employs AI to deliver tailored and improved user experiences through:

- Incident Analysis: Enhancing reliability and support by examining incident tickets and patterns.
- Project Efficiency: Refining project management tools through analysis of project timelines and digital metadata.
- Digital Metadata: Providing comprehensive metadata analysis for your 3D modeling and 2D media projects.

- AI Analytics Using Communication Data: We employ AI analytics on chat messages and timings to offer our Analytics Services.
None of these features trains an AI model on your Content Data (see Section 5).
5. No AI Training on Your Content
SolidMeta does not use your Content Data or your AI-Generated Content to train, fine-tune or otherwise improve AI models, whether our own or anyone else’s. This applies to every plan, including free accounts.
- Generation: When you run a generation, we send the inputs it needs to the AI model provider that performs it, only to produce that output for you.
- Custom models you train: When you train a custom model in your workspace, such as a LoRA, we use the content you select only to build that model. The model stays in your workspace and is not used for anyone else.
- Operating the Services: We process Content Data to provide, secure and support the Services: for example to store it, show it to the people you share it with, check generated output against your source files, and detect prohibited content as described in Section 8. None of this trains an AI model.
- Usage data: We may use aggregated usage and performance data that does not contain your Content Data to run and improve the Services.
6. AI-Generated Content
SolidMeta’s AI tools allow you to generate images, 3D files, and other content (“AI-Generated Content”).
- Ownership: You retain ownership of AI-Generated Content you create, subject to applicable laws. You are free to use your AI-Generated Content for commercial purposes. However, AI-Generated Content may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions.
- Similarity of Output: You acknowledge that due to the nature of machine learning, AI tools may generate the same or similar content for other users. You agree that you have no claim against other users or SolidMeta for such similarities.
- License to SolidMeta: By generating AI-Generated Content, you grant SolidMeta a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, share (as directed by you), and analyze such content only for the purpose of providing the Services to you. This license does not permit training AI models (see Section 5).
- Limitations: We do not guarantee the originality, accuracy, or legality of AI-Generated Content.
7. Your Content & Permissions
You retain ownership of Your Content. However, to provide our Services, we need certain legal permissions from you.
- License Grant: By using our Services, you grant SolidMeta a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, and share Your Content and chat data only as needed to provide the Services to you and to the people you share with. This license does not permit training AI models (see Section 5).
- Representations and Warranties of Ownership: By uploading, creating, or submitting any content to SolidMeta, you represent and warrant that you are the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to such content, or that you have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, consents, and releases from the relevant rights holders to grant SolidMeta the licenses described herein. You explicitly agree that your content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
8. Content Sharing and Moderation (DataHub)
SolidMeta’s DataHub module enables you to share Your Content. You are solely responsible for the content you share.
- User Control: You may control visibility via settings.
- Strict Prohibition on Piracy: You may strictly only use the DataHub to share content that you created or for which you have express written permission to distribute. The use of SolidMeta to store or distribute unauthorized copies of copyrighted works—including but not limited to commercial movies, TV shows, music albums, video games, or software—is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove such content and terminate the accounts of users who use the platform for piracy.
- Active Monitoring & Illegal Content: SolidMeta employs automated systems and human review to detect and prevent the upload of illegal material. We reserve the right to scan uploaded data for prohibited content, specifically including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and non-consensual explicit content.
- Enforcement: If we identify content that violates these Terms or applicable law, we will remove the content immediately, suspend or terminate the user account, and report illegal content to relevant authorities.
- Backup Disclaimer: While SolidMeta performs regular system backups, the DataHub is not intended to be your sole archival service. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your Content Data.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
You retain ownership over the content you produce. SolidMeta is granted a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services. It does not include training AI models (see Section 5).
10. Subscription, Payment, Cancellation, and Withdrawal
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed by SolidMeta Inc., or by Unevis GmbH for Enterprise customers in Europe.
- Plans: Individual plans (Pro, Pro+ and Ultra) are for one person, whether a consumer or a business. Studio plans (Studio Standard and Studio Premium) and Enterprise plans are for business customers only. By buying a Studio or Enterprise plan, you confirm that you are acting for your trade, business or profession and not as a consumer.
- Billing: Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, as chosen at purchase.
Renewal and Cancellation of Individual Plans
- Monthly Plans: A monthly plan renews automatically each month until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time, and the plan ends at the end of the current month.
- Annual Plans, First Year: An annual plan has a fixed first term of one year. You can cancel at any time during the first year, and the plan then ends at the end of that year.
- Annual Plans, After the First Year: If you do not cancel during the first year, the plan continues for an indefinite period. You can then cancel at any time with one month’s notice. We continue to bill the plan annually in advance, and when it ends we refund, pro rata, the part of the prepaid amount that covers the time after the end date.
- How to Cancel: In your account’s billing settings, without logging in on our cancellation page (“Cancel contracts here”, linked at the bottom of every page), or by email to info@solidmeta.io.
Renewal and Cancellation of Studio and Enterprise Plans
- Studio Plans: A Studio plan renews automatically for the same billing period, one month or one year, until it is cancelled. Anyone who manages billing for your organization can cancel it in the account’s billing settings at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and ends then. Fees for the current billing period, including the rest of an annual term, are not refunded.
- Enterprise Plans: An Enterprise plan runs for the term in your order form or agreement. Its terms on renewal, cancellation, payment and refunds apply and take precedence over this Section.
- Refunds: Except as stated in this Section or required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable.
- EU Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht): If you buy an Individual plan as a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. The full withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form apply. Your plan starts only if you expressly ask for it to start before the withdrawal period ends, at checkout. If you then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for the service provided until you told us. Your right of withdrawal ends once we have fully performed the contract. Studio and Enterprise plans are for businesses and have no right of withdrawal.
- How to Withdraw: Without logging in, on our withdrawal page (“Withdraw from contract”, linked at the bottom of every page), or by email to info@solidmeta.io. We confirm receipt by email straight away.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SolidMeta Inc., Unevis GmbH, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Service, or your violation of any term of these Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
SolidMeta provides its Services “as is” and does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolidMeta disclaims all warranties. In no event shall SolidMeta be liable for any lost profits, lost data, or specific damages arising out of your use of the platform.
